Beat the Summer heat with a simple, blended iced coffee! Recipe features soy milk, peanut butter and hemp seeds which provides healthy fat and protein!
-1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
-¼ cup unsweetened soy milk
-1 tablespoon cacao nibs
-2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
-2 tablespoons hemp seeds
-1 small, ripe banana
1. In a high-powered blender, blend together all ingredients.
2. Add in extra plant-milk to reach desired consistency, if needed.
3. Pour and enjoy!

-You can use any type of plant-based milk in place of the soy!
-Chia or flaxseeds can be substituted in place of the hemp seeds.
