Plant-based – Gluten-free – Vegan
Yield – 2 servings
1 cup frozen berry blend (strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries)
1/2 cup packed fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup baby carrots
1 cup unsweetened flax milk (or plant milk of choice)
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: 4-5 fresh mint leaves
